with biodiversity. The salt making at Guerande is artisanship working with
shows how salt is produced. By using the tide, water is reserved in
"vasiere" and salt is concentrated by filtering through
many water fields called fare . Finally salt is crystallized at an
extracting pond called "oeillet".
