Do Kimchi comes from a kimchi factory of Nam Do Food owned by Suncheon Farmers
Cooperatives in Jeonra Nam Do, South Korea. Their Chinese cabbages are pickled
with a selection of various materials including red pepper, garlic, ginger,
leak and fish guts pickled in salt, made by the Cooperatives. Nam Do Kimchi
is a genuine Korean pickled product.
Nam Do Kimchi, a fermented food, has high nutritive value, containing such
things as lactic acid bacterium, amino acid and calcium from fish guts as
well as various vitamins from fresh vegetables.
